It is really important to know that all of “worthiness” rests upon the shoulders of Christ. We are all sinners and fall short of God’s glory so it is our faith in Him that allows us to be adopted into His family and know that there is a place in heaven waiting.

Faith is not something that you can see directly, but what you can see is the evidence of your faith. When you ask for forgiveness for your sin and turn away from the life you used to live to follow Jesus, His transforming work begins. His Spirit takes up residence in you and what you see (and other people around you should see) is the fruit of that relationship begin to show.

Love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness, and self-control are evidences that God is working in your life and changing you. These changes might not happen all at once but continually as you learn about God, and put what He says into practice.
