Question: If you take the mark of the beast, is there really no way to salvation?
Answer: It may help to have a little more information on what the mark is for. This subject may be touched on in week #4 about the Tribulation, but since there is so much information to discuss in that 7 year time period, I don’t know how much this topic will be covered.
We learn from scripture that the mark is taken to identify yourself as a worshiper of the antichrist. In order to take this mark there needs to be an antichrist and a false prophet in place and they need to be known as global leaders. They need to be working together to rule the world and it looks like not only are you following or liking this leader, you are pledging your allegiance to and worshiping this leader. That doesn’t sound like something that could happen accidentally or without thought.

2. Can you be saved after taking the mark?
“(9) And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, (10) The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: (11) And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-10)
